We're excited to meet you!

What to expect on a tour?
 

We'll start by meeting you at the front doors of The Ballroom where you'll be greeted by one of our staff members.  We'll chat about all that's included with the venue rental as you take in the space and have ample opportunity to ask questions.  After looking over the ballroom, we'll head outside to the courtyard for some natural beauty and then end the tour with a walk-through of our {nearly} century old wedding party house where you'll see the "getting ready and relaxing" space we've prepared for you! Lastly, you'll snag a view of our decor items in our office and we can review scheduling possibilities and get answers to any questions you have! 

Who should come on the tour?
 

We would love to welcome whomever you'd like to attend the showing.  Typically on this first tour, "less is more" applies, and you can always schedule a second one bringing in extra loved ones.

Do discussions regarding dates guarantee my date?
 

Unfortunately, no.  Dates are only secured and guaranteed by signing a contract and putting a deposit down.  We can do this at your appointment if time permits, or we can schedule an additional time to review and sign the contract.
